If you so choose, we can arrange for public taxis to pick you and drop you to Bush House & Camp or other city destinations. The second option may be cheaper, but with our own vehicles, you are guaranteed non-failing service in addtion to offering 'eet & greet' welcome to Nairobi, Kenya.
Please note that transfer services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. You do not need to worry about the time your flight touches down...we shall be there for you! Kindly ensure that you indicate your flight times and the number of persons on your entourage to help us arrange suitable vehicle.
Your transfer booking will be confirmed within 12- 24 hours, and you will be provided Driver telephone number, Emergency Number and you will need read your poster to find us close by.

Cross-Border (Private) Airport Transfers Prices / Rates
The best and cheapest way to travel to Arusha is to book a shuttle. See Shuttles section. Most travellers request for private transfer services from Nairobi to Arusha or Moshi because of unfavourable time their flight arrives. e.g. 2.am at night.
If you arent worried about having to get to these places as early as you can, perhaps to cover an event or attend a function in time, we can arrange to:
- Pick you up from the Airport at whatever time
- Arrange for you to spend the night at Bush House & Camp on B&B basis at a discounted rate
- Drive you to shuttle terminus after your breakfast to catch the first shuttle at 8.30am
- If flying out from Nairobi, arrange to pick you from the shuttle terminus, take you for lunch and eventually drive you to the airport, or
- Spend the night with us with HB booking (or choose to be driven to close by restaurant for an evening out) and eventually drive you to catch your flight at convienient time
