Booking Terms & Cancellations
 To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required or a voucher from a registered Travel Agent / Tour Operator.
Prior to check-in, full payment must be received
All major credit cards are accepted

Cancellation Fees
30 days prior to arrival - No charge
14 - 30 days prior to arrival 25%
Between 2 and 14 Days - 50%
Less than 48 hours and no show - 100%
Important Note:- There will be no refund to a client who has paid and has stayed at the hotel and wishes to cancel a prior reservation.
