Elegant and spacious with wall to wall carpeted rooms are a delight to the guests. Combining the best of both words, we offer the most luxurious and exclusive stay in Karen and its surroundings.
A lavish continental Breakfast is included in the tariffs and is served in our restaurant / mess. There are still many more cosy places you can choose to have this (at the garden, the glassy terrace, or in the conference room). Lunch and dinner are by prior arrangements

Child Policy
Children are welcome at Bush House. Special meals and babysitters can be arranged with prior arrangement. Babysitting must be booked in advance and will be at an additional cost.

Meals and Drinks offered
Breakfast: It is included in the price of the room. Drink some Kenyan tea and coffee in our restaurant. If
you invite a guest to have breakfast with you, the cost is Ksh.250 per person.
Lunch
Is by special request only, since most guests are out until evening. The cost is $7. Packed lunches can
be requested and will be prepared to sustain you during the day.
Dinner
It consists of a delightful dish. A sumptuous mean prepared in family style that will still any hunger pangs.

We take our local items and add them to Western recipes and come up with delightful variations that will pleasantly surprise you.

No matter if you are a Vegan or Vegetarian, we can meet your need just let us know when you are
making your reservations.
Booking Terms
• The rates provided are for rooms except for dorms where charge is on bed-basis
• All reservations require on night’s full deposit or 50% of total stay for 2 nights or more. Written
confirmation is issued on receipt of this deposit
• Payment of accommodation is due and payable on arrival
• All major credit cards are accepted
• Our cancellation fees are
- 30 days prior to arrival 25%
- 15 days prior to arrival 50%
- 5 days prior to arrival and No Show 100%
- Tariffs subject to change without notice
