4 Days gives you most of the Masai Mara experience whereas the option to combine with Lake Nakuru National Park offers great variety. Naivasha is best to visit if interested in a walking safari at the Crescent Island. Here you have opportunity to see animals real close by. However you will take a boat ride to the Cresent Island. Migration safaris are best undertaken during the months of July, August, September & October. The famous river crossings take place in the month July and Masai Mara is busiest during this month. Please note that migration safaris in July need advance booking because it is really challenging to get accommodation in the last minute.
